Forums are now alive!

I have created a new forums for the site, please be aware it is still a WIP! I plan on many things and I'm just trying to get a solid base down so I can build off of this. Future plans are to tie guilds so they have their very own guild forums section strictly for their guild tied in with many features for the guilds.
